Dr. Ruparelia was trained at SUNY Downstate University affiliate Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, where he received both certifications.

He has been in practice of Gastroenterology in Atlanta since 1985.

He is also a member of the American Gastroenterology Association.
